The dramatic first episode of Reno Rumble saw the impressive makeovers of two kitchens by Australia’s new team of talented renovators. The hub of these two homes was transformed by the Redbacks, Ayden and Jess and Bluetongue duo Nick and Chris.
The Redbacks turned Alex and Angela’s confined kitchen into spacious and sophisticated, choosing Freedom Kitchen’s Alaskan white gloss cabinetry, soft grey including copper accents. The Caesarstone® bench tops in Calacatta Nuvo paired with black handles create an elegant, modern yet classic timeless kitchen. Alex and Angela are thrilled at the increased storage and space, “We have our whole family over every second Sunday for lunch, so it’s now going to be a joy to cater for 10 people, rather than fighting for space in the kitchen!”
Blue Tongue’s, Nick and Chris transformed Lisa’s out-dated kitchen into a contemporary, open plan cooking sanctuary. They chose a neutral base, combining with Freedom Kitchen’s Iceland White matt finish and Impressions Alaskan Nuance. Incorporating concrete bench tops, mirrored splash backs and LED strip lighting, highlighting the abundant and bright space. Lisa is excited to have a practical island as well as an extra large sink, “The kitchen is now not only very functional for food preparation, it also serves as another living and entertaining space that family and friends enjoy spending time in.”
