Last week Sydney was host to Australia’s premier design show, DesignEX. After a few lacklustre years, this event proved to be everything the organisers and design industry had hoped for.
While there were many “big names” missing from this event, there was a plethora of new faces to the show along with lots of inspiring and innovative design.
The organisers commented that the Australian design industry had celebrated a fresh, bright and optimistic outlook at designEX proving Australian design is well positioned to embrace opportunities in the years ahead.
Thousands of industry professionals flocked to the exciting new location at The Sydney Exhibition Centre, Glebe Island to confirm designEX’s position as a highlight of the architecture and design calendar.
