Melbourne hosted the annual Building Designers Association Victoria (BDAV) awards last weekend. Held at the beautiful National Gallery of Victoria the nominees and guests were treated to a decadent menu and graceful tunes.
With special guest Minister for Planning Matthew Guy giving his address the evening was off to an eclectic start. What followed was an array of inspiring designers and builders rightfully awarded for their work.
The awards night is an annual event coordinated by the BDAV to promote excellence in building design. Some of the memorable awards included; Building Design of Year 2014 – Melbourne Design Studios Pty Ltd, Residential Design/New Houses/ up to $300k construction cost – Beaumont Concepts, and Best Design/Special project – Peter Jackson Design Pty Ltd.
