Through careful design choices, they have successfully addressed the challenges posed by the existing concrete surfaces, turning them into an asset rather than a limitation.
At the heart of the design lies a central, playful and eclectic bar area that not only serves as a gathering place, but also immerses patrons amidst the surrounding artworks. A luxurious turquoise green bulkhead defines this section and creates a striking focal point with flowing colours that complement the changing artworks.
The designers skilfully played with light, shadow and interesting textures to add wonderment to the space. This effect is amplified by its unique location beneath a heritage-listed building, surprising visitors as they enter the venue.

The preservation of industrial elements, such as exposed pipework and a polished concrete floor with matt two-pack lacquer, adds character and flexibility to the space, accommodating various furniture layouts for different occasions.
