With enviable river and city views to enjoy, these Brisbane apartment residents are on top of the world when it’s time to swim.

Perched on top of the 14-storey TreeHouse apartment building overlooking the Brisbane River and city skyline, this infinity-edge pool could easily be mistaken for being part of a luxury international resort.

Developer Aria Property Group loves building different and amazing spaces for people to enjoy. Working in conjunction with architects Rothelowman, it provided a brief to Ken Jordan Swimming Pools to build a luxury resort-style pool that could be used by the many residents of the West End apartment complex.

With its beautiful design and sweeping curves, the modern pool boasts a fast-flowing water feature that connects with the spa then overflows, creating a rapid-like water stream that ends its journey at the pool catchment on the lower deck.

Not only is the area very user-friendly, it also has many private spaces and hidden decks on which residents can relax and enjoy the numerous features of the 16m-long pool and spa, enhanced by an abundance of trees and lush gardens.

Specialising in creating pools and spas for rooftop commercial buildings, Ken Jordan Swimming Pools brought its extensive expertise to the TreeHouse project. “There were many obstacles in building this pool, but our professional team overcame them with our creative thinking and years of experience,” says Ken.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Ken Jordan Swimming Pools has now been operating for 27 years. In addition to rooftop commercial buildings, Ken and his team also specialise in high-end residential projects. Each year, the business builds an estimated 20 pools and renovates around three large resorts.

Ken Jordan Swimming Pools is a member of the Master Builders Association Queensland.
