Full of Bounce

“At MrTrampoline we’re in the business of supplying fun, fun, fun — 365 days a year. We fabricate, modify and weld the components and then send them off to be hot-dip galvanised. This gives the frame decades of serviceability over our nearest rivals,” he explains.
The springs are made from high-tensile galvanised wire according to MrTrampoline’s specific design, delivering a longer, smoother bounce and decades of performance. “The bounce bed is the pièce de résistance,” continues Adam. “We manually weave each bed in our facility in Carnegie, Victoria. No less than six specialists handcraft the bounce bed over a period of four days. Each bed is coated in ultra-violet-stable rubberised paint which ensures long life and elastic flexibility.”
To give you an idea of just how durable these quality trampolines are, 35 years ago, MrTrampoline installed 15 trampolines on the foreshore of the Victorian coastal town of Lorne. These are used 365 days a year and have to cope with a harsh environment of sun, sand and salty sea air. “The trampolines are as sturdy and full of bounce as the day they were installed,” says Adam, “and will continue to perform for many more years to come.”
MrTrampline products are used by Australian families and elite athletes as well as performance troupes such as Circe du Soleil, Moscow Circus and BOUNCEinc. Says Adam, “Interestingly, we would supply the same product to a family for their backyard as we would for a commercial user.”
MrTrampoline manufactures in-ground, above-ground and in-deck models. They produce three standard sizes but for those tricky applications, they can create a bespoke model to suit your individual needs.
