Beachstone Homes’ Quindi Court is a modern residence, elegantly designed with the family in mind to offer the ultimate in luxury on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. This residence features Rylock’s custom made, high performance window and door systems, featuring Low-e Toughened Double Glazing with Argon Gas Fill and powder coated in Rylock Metallic Silver finish.
Natural elements of timber and stone feature together with treetop views to create a sense of tranquility. Thoughtfully designed to embrace the fall of the land, the home flows gently over three split levels to deliver multiple, zoned living areas. The entrance offers a magnificent waterfall feature from the infinity pool, with the home wrapping around it to create a strong indoor – outdoor connection.
Bathed in vast amounts of natural light, expansive Max Lite Fixed Windows and Butt Joint Windows to the study and ensuite bring the outside in. Large Sliding and Stacker Doors to the kitchen / meals and living deliver cross-flow ventilation and electric operator Awning and Clearstory Fixed Windows drench the heart of the home in light.
The dining is flanked on both sides by expansive Stacker Doors which each span 5 meters in length to offer vast openings for thorough cross-flow ventilation. Rylock’s Sliding and Stacker Doors feature a flush sill, which can be rebated for zero-threshold installation to deliver a seamless transition to outdoor spaces. The soaring timber-lined ceiling and deep eaves create a strong horizontal plane that draws the eyes of the occupant out to the surrounding view.
