Framing the light void, a 2.2m-wide Awning Window in the study allows for fresh air circulation, while the 3.3m-wide Fixed Lite Window in the laundry ensures that even the most practical areas feel open and well-lit.
A Perfect Balance of Design and Function at the Back of the Home
At the rear of the home, Rylock’s windows and doors become a focal point, elevating both the design and functionality.
Designed to create a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, the dining area boasts a large 3-panel Fixed Lite Window on the right-hand side, perfectly complementing the 3-panel Commercial Series Stacker Door in the living area. Working in harmony, they create a sense of balance and symmetry, effortlessly linking the two spaces.
From the upstairs stairwell void leading into the master bedroom, a breathtaking vantage point unfolds—offering a second glimpse of the striking Fixed Lite Windows that further strengthen the home’s deep connection to its surroundings.
The master bedroom seamlessly extends to a private balcony through a 3.3m-wide Commercial Series Stacker Door, providing an elevated view of the backyard and enhancing the sense of openness.
To improve insulation and maximise energy efficiency, every Rylock window and door in this project is fitted with Grade A Safety Toughened Low-e Double Glazing (Argon Fill).
