The Nautica 36 by MOJO Homes is an absolute showstopper. The double-storey home offers space, functionality and beauty across both levels of living, while the luxurious design exudes style, elegance and charisma.

The overall theme of the Nautica 36 is classic-contemporary with touches of fresh white and splashes of sophisticated gold throughout. The panelled kitchen, marble feature tiles in the bathrooms and brass detailing showcase the home’s classic side, while a contemporary feel is introduced through the furnishings and striking feature wallpapers. As for the layout, it flows effortlessly from top to bottom — and from inside to out.

The design on display at HomeWorld Warnervale on NSW’s Central Coast (which is featured here) includes a fifth bedroom and ensuite at the front of the home, offering guests a place of privacy away from the upstairs bedrooms. The standard design uses this space as a home office and powder room. As you venture a little further down the hallway, you’re met with a home theatre where you can shut the sliding doors, keep the rest of the world out, and enjoy the ultimate Netflix and chill experience.

Moving further along, day-to-day living is taken to the next level with the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Oozing style and grace, this area of the home opens onto the alfresco which offers year-round undercover outdoor living. The downstairs interior living space also makes entertaining a breeze due, in part, to a space-maximising, clutter-hiding walk-through butler’s pantry, which has a second door leading to the laundry.

Venturing up the light-filled stairs, your eyes are instantly drawn to the cut-out wall between the study nook and children’s activity room. This is a standout feature of the Nautica 36, creating a sense of separation but also togetherness. Thanks to the clever design, the two spaces work in harmony with one another, further highlighting the functionality and flow of the home.

At the top of the stairs sits the master suite, with its private balcony, his-and-hers walk-in robes and awe-inspiring ensuite. The ensuite is warmed by the tones of the timber vanity cabinets and the colouring of the gold-veined marble wall tiles. Brass feature lighting adds a little pizzazz and reflects the brass detailing downstairs. This level also reveals the remaining three bedrooms, each with a generous walk-in robe, as well as a main bathroom with separate toilet.

The facade of the Nautica 36 is equally impressive. It boasts a striking box feature built using Masterwall external cladding to provide a smooth finish for the metallic gold paint which reflects the afternoon sun.

This is a grand home, both in size and beauty. It offers multiple living areas, an open alfresco plus the essential upstairs activity room or casual lounge — perfect for a growing family. The layout is also beautifully balanced and well-proportioned, which means you have the room to move about freely, enjoy some privacy or spend time with the family. The bottom line? The Nautica 36 is an inspired example of clever architectural design with a family-friendly floor plan that just makes sense.
