A versatile luxury abode that works beautifully for many different lifestyles

The stunning new display home from Rawson Homes wants for nothing. “There is no compromise when it comes to style or space with the versatile Elyse design,” explains Levi Naas, Head of Innovation. “Generous proportions and beautifully designed spaces make this home the perfect choice for many families.”

The display home is particularly versatile, offering a number of customisable floorplans that enable new homeowners to create an abode that works uniquely for each homeowner, their stage in life and living arrangements. “With a range of versatile floor plans, this design would suit families in all stages of life,” explains Levi. “Customisable elements include the option to add an extra bedroom for larger families or those living with several generations under one roof.”

The Elyse also comes complete with some functional, yet sophisticated elements. Upon entry to the two-storey home, visitors are greeted with an impressive entryway that passes alongside a theatre room. The home’s four bedrooms all come with built-in robes and the master bedroom comes with its own ensuite. A well-appointed living room and an open-plan kitchen and dining space offer the perfect meeting point for families, as well as a fantastic entertaining area for guests.

“Sophisticated family living of the highest calibre is realised with a selection of well-appointed living areas,” explains Levi. “The home features an impressive open-plan kitchen and dining space that stretches through to a relaxing alfresco area, which can be used for entertaining guests with a weekend barbecue or just unwinding with the family.”

The Elyse’s bedrooms offer sanctuary and tranquillity at the end of a busy day, while a shared space positioned alongside the bedrooms can be used as an informal lounge or perfect teen retreat. Clever positioning of windows enables the home to be flooded with natural light, which makes the home feels spacious and inviting. A glass balustrade allows light to continue to filter throughout, and even the window in the bathroom has been carefully considered, sitting high up for privacy.
The home feels distinctly luxurious with its open-plan layout and stylish fixtures and fittings. Particularly modern in their aesthetic, elements such as downlighting and dark cabinetry and benchtops, paired with stylish timber notes, lend a beautiful contemporary finish
to the home.

Other customisable options include the home’s facade. There are four designs to choose from: the Majestic, Elite, Regal and the Classic, each offering their own stamp on the home’s exterior.

“Building a home is not a ‘one size fits all’ proposition,” explains Levi. “Every Rawson home has customisable elements and we can offer an array of solutions to suit your unique requirements.”
