“The original kitchen was part of a ‘70s extension to the home, and was in dire need of a makeover. The homeowners had their heart set on a classic kitchen, and also requested glossy door fronts.”
“Much attention to detail was given to the kitchen’s intricate features during the design and renovation stages of this project, particularly with relation to the Federation mouldings, plinth bases, corbels and fish-eye fretwork. Classic-look cabinetry drawer fronts were chosen to complement these features, and modernity was injected into the space through brand-new state-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen’s 1m-high main benchtop is particularly noteworthy — it not only features a classic-style Belfast sink, it also includes a breakfast bar and plentiful under-bench storage facing both the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen’s white colour palette works to increase its aesthetic appeal, resulting in a beautiful kitchen that will no doubt be loved for years to come.”
