Some kitchens are designed to turn heads. They’re the talking point of the home, impressing guests with their stylish aesthetic and making life easy for their occupants. This luxury kitchen with luxury appliances is no different.
That’s certainly the case with this room located in a grand family home in Canberra’s Garden City of Turner. The client had a very clear brief for kitchen designer Simona Castagna of Minosa, a luxury kitchen with luxury appliances that catered to the growing needs of their family and lifestyle.
This began with the minimalist white cabinetry running the length of the room, creating a simple modern theme that is carried through the entire kitchen. This length was further highlighted thanks to the use of Staron® Solid Surface material for the kitchen bench and splashback. Due to Staron’s clever joining capabilities, the surface starts at the kitchen benchtop, moves vertically up the splashback and extends into the scullery with no open joins or interruptions, creating a sense of seamlessness. Staron is stylish and also practical to maintain, with no open joins or dirt-trapping crevices. This makes cleaning a breeze.
Twin timber towers add a sense of warmth to the Staron surface and serve as guardians to the scullery, where kitchen mess and appliances can be stored. The final touch of luxe was created via the stone island, with whispered veins running through it to add a focal point and complete this luxury kitchen with luxury appliances.
