One of the great features in this reinvented kitchen is the open shelving at the end of the island that makes the space very unique.

Combining the dark cabinets with the light benchtop creates contrast in the kitchen, while the floor evens the contrast out to create a calm and relaxing environment.

The ample natural light in the kitchen and surrounding rooms works with the colour scheme to brighten the space and allows the materials to be seen in their finest form. The overhead cabinets, with LED strip lighting rebated along the underside, add a ‘glowing’ effect — this also acts as benchtop lighting.

The semi-integrated dishwasher and undermount sink contribute to the light and airy modern look. The kitchen has been designed to allow for an outstanding amount of storage space in the base cabinets, overhead cabinets and tall cabinets.

There is a large pantry with bifold doors next to the fridge with bench space and drawers underneath. This provides an exceptional quantity of space for food storage and allows appliances to be neatly hidden, providing a clutter-free kitchen.

The space has also been cleverly designed to offer separate cooking, preparation and washing zones. These are all ergonomically designed and allow for minimised traffic throughout the totally transformed kitchen.
