Nature is at her finest here and the Premier team were determined to show her off.
Prior to the renovation, the kitchen was dated and largely blocked the stunning view on show when entering the house. The Premier Kitchens team changed the layout entirely, maximising the view by designing a much better flow in the home.
The curve in the island is the perfect addition to the space. Curves reflect the softness of nature, linking this bench to the stunning view from the window. The clever use of lighter-coloured timber in the pendants and on the bar stools solidifies this connection, emphasising that this space is part of something bigger — the great outdoors.
The colour scheme in this kitchen is modern and sophisticated, but there’s a real sense of earthiness to it. Sleek grey and black are teamed with the woodgrain on the bench with stunning results.
Seamlessly integrated appliances were a must to ensure nothing needlessly distracted the eye. A sense of continued flow was achieved with the push-to-open cabinetry, eliminating the need for handles that jut out into the space.
Finally, a small hidden step-in appliance cabinet allows easy access to all those frequent-use appliances without creating benchtop clutter.
