‘How much should a kitchen renovation cost?’ PART 3
KITCHEN COST: $25,000-$30,000
Devoid of all unnecessary frills, this kitchen’s classic, clean lines allow the quality materials to shine through. The eclectic mix of two-pack paint and jarrah crown-cut veneer for the cabinetry gives the room lovely, warm tones. Although the kitchen boasts expansive work areas, the designer has still been able to achieve that charming, cosy feel that’s crucial in a family-oriented kitchen.
The Panna Fragola island bar and corresponding Stone Italiana Cristobal benchtops in the preparation zones also enhance the feeling of natural warmth. The appliances and their positions were carefully considered during the planning process, with the outcome being a kitchen bursting with myriad high-end cooking devices and entertaining accoutrements.
