Industrial inspired kitchen offers more than a bold aesthetic

While the previous kitchen inhabited the same footprint, the redesign has breathed new life into a dated and impractical space, turning it into a homeowner’s dream. Industrial inspired with an open entertaining space and double wall cabinets to match the high ceilings, this kitchen met the homeowner’s brief and more.

Texture was incorporated into the space through the white subway wall tiles and wood-look cabinet doors. The bold but neutral toned kitchen coexists harmoniously in an open plan layout that allows for guests to be entertained and for larger meals to be cooked within the same area. The kitchen was designed in a way that would suit future renovations such as when an external wall may be removed to add a deck. The pendant lights were chosen carefully to bring that industrial element without overshadowing the rest of the space which speaks for itself.
