A new extension on an old villa needed a brand-new heart of the home to match.
Carrera Kitchens was tasked with the brief of building a kitchen which is not only warm and inviting, but also complements the new extension.
One of the main design considerations included creating an open-plan space for the whole family to enjoy. A spot to prepare food freely and entertain guests without the constraints of a compact design.
Ample storage was another key consideration, as well as maintaining cohesive aesthetics. To achieve this, integrated appliances were used, particularly the fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A large freestanding stove provides the ultimate home chef’s delight and the generous concrete-look bench allows for plenty of preparation space.
From the brass handles, marble-look splashback and black-and-white vertical panelling, the colours, textures and materials complement each other perfectly. LED Lighting has also been used to illuminate this kitchen space.
