Step away from the Hamptons style and create a new beach style with neutrals, glass accessories and soft textures

Always a popular look in coastal homes and holiday houses across Australia, the modern beach style can come in many forms. This new beach style doesn’t have to mean a home full of seashells and Hamptons-inspired blue and white stripes. It generally translates to a relaxed and casual mood.

Natural fabrics with rough and plain textures contribute to the relaxed atmosphere, which can be given a high-tech edge with hard metal surfaces and lacquered furniture. Always a winner is natural earthy timber both in its finished or organic form. Soften with glass accessories and exquisite found objects, be it from nature or recent travels.
