Charlie, the builder from Diamond Build Australia, expressed his delight in working with Intrim products, citing their effortless installation and the flawless integration of custom arch architraves and wainscoting with the door profiles. If you had taken a moment to catch your breath after admiring the breathtaking sight of the magnificent towering door embraced by elegantly curved SK1063 architraves, prepare to be mesmerized once more as you step into the entrance hallway. The walls are adorned with exquisite raised panel wainscoting crafted using Intrim IN13 inlay mould, accompanied by towering 230mm skirting boards and eye-catching SB02 skirting blocks that perfectly accentuate the impressive 11-foot ceilings.
Kitchen
Katherine envisioned the kitchen as the beating heart of her home, an open-plan space with a captivating island and a cozy bench seat where the kids could enjoy their breakfast. The kitchen boasts exquisite marble countertops that exude elegance, harmoniously complemented by the continuation of the SK1063 115mm curved architraves, mirroring the arched floor-to-ceiling doorways with seamless beauty.
Dining Area
Katherine’s vision for a beautiful family home centred around creating a space perfect for entertaining loved ones. To bring in an abundance of natural light, she incorporated a row of captivating arched SK1063 architraves. The installation of these graceful curves was flawlessly executed by Diamond Build, who greatly appreciated the ease with which they could be installed. Their expertise ensured that Katherine’s desire for a light-filled and inviting atmosphere was achieved.
Living Area
In this stunning and tranquil space, the wainscoting takes centre stage with the use of IN13 inlay mould. Katherine made the deliberate choice to forgo a chair rail and instead embraced a combination of small and large panels to create an exquisite aesthetic. The wainscoting panels not only add elegance to the room but also serve as ideal frames for showcasing artwork. Katherine eagerly anticipates finding the perfect piece to adorn the walls of this room, completing its artistic ambience.
Hidden Pivot Door
Now you see me, now you don’t. An increasingly popular look the hidden pivot door was expertly installed so that when closed it perfectly blends into the wall.
Master Bedroom
Within the master bedroom, you’ll discover another touch of elegance with the incorporation of wainscoting. The walls showcase the beautiful craftsmanship of the wainscoting, accompanied by majestic 230mm SK1063 skirting boards that add a sense of grandeur to the space. To complement the overall design, the room boasts grand arched windows that are adorned with SN03 sill nosing, providing a polished finishing touch to the flooring area beneath the windows. This combination of features creates a truly magnificent and inviting atmosphere in the master bedroom.
Kids Bedrooms
In the children’s bedrooms, the captivating theme of SK1063 115mm arched windows continues, mirroring the architectural charm found throughout the house. Katherine particularly adores the small arched windows in her son’s room, as they evoke a reminiscent feel of chapel windows and stand out as one of her favourite features in that particular space. These delightful windows add a touch of uniqueness and character to the children’s bedrooms, enhancing their overall appeal and creating a whimsical ambience.
Powder Room
Step into the powder room, and you’ll be greeted by a truly luxurious getaway. The wainscoting in this space exudes sophistication and elegance, creating a captivating ambiance. To ensure optimal comfort and functionality, Katherine installed a high-powered ceiling fan to effectively manage any moisture that may be present. Additionally, a ceiling light was incorporated to allow for a gentle infusion of natural light, further enhancing the overall atmosphere.
Near the bathtub, a meticulous attention to detail is evident with the replication of a step, beautifully achieved through the use of SK1063 skirting boards. This thoughtful design element adds a touch of refinement to the area surrounding the bathtub, elevating the overall aesthetic and creating a visually appealing focal point. The powder room is transformed into a haven of relaxation, showcasing Katherine’s meticulous eye for detail and commitment to creating a truly indulgent space.
Mud Room
The great skirting block debate. Katherine was initially unsure about whether to use skirting blocks in her home but ended up being completely sold and decided on SB02 skirting blocks.
