/ Iconic Designer Hacks Swedish Giants Tom Dixon’s Ikea collaboration is officially available, and it’s everything we were wanting and then some. Named Delaktig, the endlessly configurable modular furniture collection is made up of sofas and accessories and is based on a platform that can be personalised to react to our constantly changing wants and needs. Make it your own.
/ Get Lost In This Magical Boutique Office One of our favourite creative spaces is La Porte Deux in Sydney’s Rosebery. Upon entering, you walk into your very own nirvana. The space is the brainchild of Hayley Bonham and Rory Elsom, who are leading a renaissance in creative workspace design with their luxury serviced office suites. Did we mention it comes complete with a Pilates studio? Talk about office goals.
/ Easy To Fall In Love The Frederik dining table in glass and solid walnut by Icon by Design displays a distinct oriental influence in its rich colour and pronounced grain. It’s almost too pretty to eat off. Almost. It’s pictured here with the Astrid dining chairs in cream leather.
/ Kiah House With more and more Australians working from home, it’s important that the architecture environment adapts to these changing wants and needs. The Kiah House by Austin Maynard Architects explores a new approach to the home office, while also fulfilling the owner’s need for a strong and positive sanctuary.
Influenced by Japanese gardens and the Buddhist retreats of Kyoto, the design responds to the client’s desire for peace and mindfulness. Photography by Tess Kelly.
/ Ones To Watch You may not have heard of them yet, but George and Willy are up-and-coming designers who are creating pieces that are super stylish and distinctively their own. You’ll find quality, timeless equipment and life tools for humans around the world.
