Modern update: Cost-effective bathroom renovation

Proving that you can revamp and even fully renovate a bathroom without moving existing plumbing – saving you time and money

“This renovation was about a modern update within the existing space. To avoid too much extra plumbing work, which can really add to the cost of a renovation, we kept key items in the same position, which works well. The toilet is neatly tucked away out of view from the doorway.

We were able to go larger with the vanity to accommodate plenty of storage, including a four-door mirrored cabinet. The finger-pull handles give it a nice streamlined look and also complement the sleek stone vanity top.

The existing in-built bath was replaced with a large oval freestanding bath that really makes a statement, while a large frameless shower sits neatly in the corner with a combined overhead and hand shower.”
