One of VOLA’s most venerated products is the Arne Jacobsen-designed KV1 kitchen mixer tap. In fact, it is so iconic that in 1974 it was admitted into the permanent design collection of MoMA in Manhattan, and it is displayed in Copenhagen’s Designmuseum Denmark.
When the KV1 was initially introduced more than five decades ago, it represented a bold departure from traditional design aesthetics. Today, its gentle curves and detailed junctions are still celebrated, as is the effortless way it blends technology with timeless design. The mixer is fitted with ceramic disc technology, an impressive double swivel spout, and a water-saving aerator. It is most commonly found in the kitchen but can also be used for bathrooms and laundry areas.
