Gorgeous Georgian bathroom design

A charming Georgian bathroom design for a traditional period-style home

“This charming Georgian bathroom was designed to suit its traditional surrounds within an old Georgian home. For an authentic design, the space was finished with traditional dado capping and timber V-jointed panels in place of tiles. Layered structural compressed sheeting was employed for the wet floor area, while the walls and doors were fashioned to blend with the Georgian theme. Period-style fittings were chosen for the door trim, brass handles and tapware. A relaxing view of the lush gardens from the wide, panelled windows completes this gorgeous, historic look.”

Expert tip: Offering a creative alternative to traditional tiles, the timber V-jointed panel sideboards reflect the Georgian period.

Bathroom design idea: Feature walls
