Clever use of space has turned an old, cramped ensuite into a light, bright and welcoming space.
The room was tight, so extra space was “borrowed” from an adjoining wardrobe to allow for an L-shaped bathroom that includes an over-sized vanity, roomy shower and floor-to-ceiling storage.
Retaining a classy colour palette, the bathroom blends perfectly with the style of the home and the owners’ laidback lifestyle. With plenty of storage already in the vanity, the space also includes a laundry chute and extra-tall storage adjacent to the shower, as well as a recessed mirrored cabinet above.
A modern touch is introduced with the addition of coloured LED strip lights that turn the vanity from a standard piece of furniture into a visually impressive addition to the room. The lights are fully programmable and can be quickly adjusted to suit the mood of the occupant.
